Our HACCP Food Safety Training – Level 3 course is specifically designed for managers and supervisors in food businesses. It equips participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and mindset to effectively manage their Food Safety Management System, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Food Safety Authority Training Guide Level 3. The course covers HACCP principles and the management of prerequisite programs.
