Our Food Safety Courses strictly adhere to the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and are conducted by highly qualified and experienced instructors.

Service Review

  • The course covers essential aspects of food safety and consists of the following modules:
    1. Induction on Food Safety
    2. Food Poisoning Bacteria & Contamination
    3. Safe Food Handling
    4. Personal Hygiene
    5. Importance of Cleaning & Pest Control
    6. Allergen Awareness
    7. Importance of Record Keeping

Duration & Assessment

The course duration is 3 hours, during which continuous assessment will be conducted to evaluate participants’ understanding and knowledge retention.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate as recognition of their achievement.

Requirements

A fundamental understanding of the English language is required to participate in the training.
